We shall assist the client to comply with the various Regulatory & statutory compliance after registration as Start-up including the obtainment of Certificate issued by DPIIT for the exemption under I.T Act –Section 80 IAC i.e., Tax holiday & Section 56 implications on Angel Tax. We shall also put into place a control mechanism to monitor the exit process from the recognition as 'START UP ' by DPIIT in terms of breaching the turnover ceiling limit.
